Due to the nature of our products, all loose-leaf tea and consumable sales are final.

Teas & Edible Products

  • No returns or exchanges on teas or ingestible items

  • This includes opened, unopened, or unused tea products

Exceptions:
Refunds or replacements are offered if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Cosmetics & Body Care

  • Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned

  • Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Digital products and gift cards

Allergies & Sensitivities

Ingredients are clearly listed. Please review carefully and perform a patch test.
Refunds are not issued for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
