Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and packed with care.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, markets), processing may take slightly longer

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited options: If available, delivery times vary by carrier

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using:

  • USPS

  • UPS (when applicable)

Carrier selection depends on package size, destination, and shipping option chosen at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned to us due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to resend


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

  1. Check tracking details

  2. Contact the carrier directly

  3. Reach out to us—we’re happy to help where we can


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and items

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
